# Branded Documents and Reports

We use Google Documents for internal and client-facing documents.

## Basic documents

To inherit the default Convivio text styles, [open the Convivio Branded Report template.](https://docs.google.com/a/convivio.team/document/d/1sHNwEE0YJCQ96CLgxXuquRgNWno-JcByUK_g4p_8oWY/edit?usp=sharing) Then select the text styles dropdown, then “Options”, then “Save as my default styles”.

## Branded client reports

There is a special template to write reports that are client deliverables. To use it, select "From a template" when creating a new document. Select “Convivio Branded Report”.
