# Delivery Methodologies

The main approach we use for delivering projects is [Scrum](/the-convivio-cookbook/client-projects/digital-service-standards/delivery-methodologies/scrum.md).

But Scrum is just one flavour of Agile, and there are also other principles and frameworks that are useful to us as alternatives, or in combination:
