Service Management

Once a product is live (and in preparation for that point) a healthy approach is needed to Service Management. This is not just about 'support' ensuring the product stays up and is bug-free, it's about continuing to ensure that it is meeting user needs to deliver the business goals.

The Service Management phase is also known as 'Live' in the public sector.
